This website is operated by Furaido LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Furaido LLC (“Furaido”).
Furaido operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide you, the customer, with our products and related services (the “Services”). Our online store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you access our website, place an order, purchase our products, or otherwise use our Services.
Please read these Terms carefully. By visiting, interacting with, purchasing from, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you should not use the Services.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and display our products. However, product appearance, including color, size, texture, and other visual characteristics, may vary from photographs or how products appear on your screen.
Because our products are food products, natural variations in appearance, size, texture, seasoning distribution, and other characteristics may occur.
Product descriptions, pricing, availability, quantities, flavors, packaging, and other details may be changed at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities available to any person, household, geographic area, or jurisdiction.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product information, ingredient information, allergen information, storage instructions, and preparation instructions provided by Furaido before consuming or serving our products.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
Furaido reserves the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing or inventory errors, product unavailability, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
Your order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and your order has been confirmed.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
If Furaido is unable to fulfill an order that you have already paid for and we cancel the order, the applicable amount paid for the canceled item or order will be refunded to the original payment method.
Purchases are intended for personal or household use unless otherwise agreed to by Furaido.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice. The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed when your order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors.
Applicable taxes, if any, will be calculated according to applicable law and displayed during checkout where required.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Orders must be paid in full at checkout unless Furaido expressly provides another payment arrangement.
SECTION 5 – MIAMI BEACH PICKUP
Products offered as part of the applicable Miami Beach drop are available for Miami Beach pickup only.
Shipping and delivery are not available for this drop.
The exact pickup location, pickup date or window, and any additional pickup instructions will be communicated to customers using the contact information provided at checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and reviewing pickup communications from Furaido.
Customers are responsible for collecting their orders according to the pickup instructions provided. Pickup arrangements may vary between drops.
Unless otherwise communicated by Furaido, placing an order does not entitle the customer to request shipping or delivery instead of pickup.
SECTION 6 – FOOD, STORAGE, ALLERGENS AND PREPARATION
Furaido products are food products and must be handled, stored, prepared, and consumed appropriately.
Customers are responsible for following any storage, food-safety, preparation, cooking, and consumption instructions provided on the packaging, website, or accompanying materials.
Ingredient and allergen information should be reviewed carefully before consuming a product. Customers with food allergies, sensitivities, dietary restrictions, or other concerns are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for them.

The Services and their content, including the Furaido name, branding, logos, packaging designs, photographs, graphics, videos, text, website designs, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Furaido and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Shopify’s trademarks, technology, and other intellectual property remain the property of Shopify and its applicable licensors.

We may provide access to tools, payment processors, applications, platforms, or other services operated by third parties.
These third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Furaido is not responsible for third-party services except to the extent required by applicable law.

SECTION 10 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Furaido’s online store is powered by Shopify, which provides technology that enables us to offer our products and Services online.
However, purchases made from Furaido are transactions directly between you and Furaido LLC, not Shopify.
To the extent permitted by law, Shopify is not responsible for products purchased from Furaido or for claims arising from the purchase, preparation, pickup, or use of Furaido products.

Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Because our store is hosted by Shopify, certain information may also be collected, processed, or stored by Shopify and other service providers used to operate our store, process payments, communicate with customers, and provide the Services.

If an error materially affects an order that has already been placed and we are unable to fulfill the order as confirmed, we may contact you regarding the issue or cancel and refund the affected portion of the order as appropriate.
